These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Copac AI. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
The service
Copac AI provides an analytics platform that unifies ecommerce and advertising data and generates recommendations and reports. Recommendations are informational; you are responsible for any decisions and actions you take.
Accounts and plans
Paid plans are billed monthly. Essentials is $29/month and Growth AI is $79/month, each including one account; additional accounts are billed at the plan's per-account rate. You can cancel at any time, and there are no long-term contracts.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only with data you are authorized to access, and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
Third-party integrations
The service connects to third-party platforms you authorize. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs or data.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is.” Recommendations and reports are estimates based on your data and are not guarantees of results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
